Request regarding the use of mobile batteries

Dear Valued Customer,

In recent years, cases of mobile batteries emitting smoke or catching fire have been reported both domestically and internationally.
To ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we ask that you please follow the following guidelines regarding the use of mobile batteries in guest rooms:
We ask for your cooperation with the following points.

・Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when you are away from your room, such as when you go out.
・When charging portable electronic devices from a mobile battery or using the power outlet in the guest room to charge the mobile battery,
Please refrain from using this product in the following locations.
　A window exposed to direct sunlight
　On flammable materials such as beds, sheets, and curtains
- To prevent any problems that may occur while charging, please use the device in a location where you can always check the status yourself.

Please note that if any of the above situations are discovered during room cleaning during your stay, staff may stop charging your mobile battery or move it to a different location to ensure safety.
