Questions regarding hotel stay

Our hotel asks for advance payment. Please pay when you check in.

We accept payment from the following credit card companies.
VISA, JCB, American Express, Master Card, UC, Saison Card, NICOS, Diner's Club, DC, Union Pay ,銀聯

Check in is between 15:00 and 22:00, check out is by 10:00.
* If you are checking in after 22:00, please call in advance.

We take reservations for families with children and family vacations.
For infants and children who have not yet started elementary school, they may stay free of charge. (Breakfast will also be served free of charge)
However, if they need an individual bed, then they will be charged the same rate as adults.

All guests staying at our hotel may enjoy breakfast free of charge. Breakfast is served buffet style with bread, scrambled eggs, sausage, Ochazuke, soup, such as coffee and juice.

We apologize for the inconvenience, we do not allow pet animals to stay at our hotel.

There is a free parking lot with space for 35 cars. There is no roof for the parking lot so high roofed vehicles may also park. Please call our hotel in advance regarding parking for large sized vehicles.

You may retrieve your free pass at the hotel front desk. If you are planning to use your free pass on the day you arrive, please stop by the hotel first. You may retrieve your pass starting from 7:00 in the morning.

We apologize for the inconvenience, we do not have a restaurant that serves dinner in our hotel. There are many restaurants around our hotel. Please ask at the front desk for a map of restaurants in the surrounding area. We also have dinner and stay package plans with partner restaurants nearby.

We do not have a curfew, however for security reasons we will lock the main entrance of the hotel at 24:00 midnight. For guests returning after 24:00, please push the intercom at the entrance, our staff will come to the entrance to open the lock for you.

Questions regarding guest rooms and facilities

We do have nonsmoking rooms. Please request when you make your reservation. If you are making your reservation on the internet, please choose the "nonsmoking room" option.

Yukata (cotton kimono), bath towel, face towel, tooth brush, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, T shaped razor, cotton swabs, and slippers are available.

You may use our irons and trouser presses.

The refrigerators in each room are empty, please use them as you like.

All guest rooms are equipped with free WiFi.
* We do not rent out personal computers or tablets.

Questions regarding hotel facilities.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 9:00 in the first floor restaurant.

There are vending machines selling juices, alcohol, snacks, and instant noodles on the first floor of the hotel.

There is an ice machine on the first floor of the hotel.

There are washing machines and drying machines available 24 hours a day.

There is a meeting room with capacity for 50 people on the first floor of the hotel. You may use it for meetings, seminars, etc. Please see here for details.

Yes, please feel free to ask our front desk. Depending on the traffic situation, it may take time for your taxi to arrive. Please ask the front desk with enough time to spare.

You may leave your luggage with the hotel starting from 7:00. However, your room will be available only after 15:00.

Yes you may. Please write your Check in date and Guest name on your delivery slip when sending your luggage.

There is a Seven Eleven 10 minutes on foot, 2 minutes by car away. The store sells alcohol and cigarettes. Please ask the front desk for detailed directions to the store.
